Susan Knight began her career as a Processor for HGA in 2002. Because of her excellent follow-up, knowledge of the requirements of each Bank, and her overall professionalism, she was promoted in 2004 to a Mortgage Broker. Susan was born and raised in Boston where she graduated from the Katharine Gibbs School and holds a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Northeastern University. Susan worked in the Real Estate Divisions of several prestigious law firms in Boston for over 15 years. Susan then worked for the Mortgage Department of a prominent Boston financial institution where she was responsible for overseeing the servicing of all of the mortgages held by the bank. She therefore has developed an expertise over the years of understanding the urgency of the details of the transaction as well as managing to comfort and empathize with the client during this stressful time.
