Mike Rice joined HGA in 2004 after a 30 year career at Wachovia Bank. His experience in handling commercial and residential borrowers along with managing Small Banking and Consumer Lending Divisions over the years has equipped him with not only a strong lending background, but the knowledge of how to creatively handle an array of financing scenarios with patience and professionalism. Being part of the management team of a dynamic financial institution has furnished him with the necessary tools required to be successful in the Mortgage Industry as well.
