Florida and graduate of Florida Atlantic University, is the founder of Howard Grace and Associates,
a full service Mortgage Brokerage Business. After 24 years of experience in the banking business it was a natural progression.
She believes in going the extra mile for her clients which had
been the foundation of her successful career as a top producer
at both Barnett Bank and First Union Bank. Karen believes in developing long lasting relationships with clients and expanding
her business with existing satisfied borrowers and referrals.
Borrowers come back to Karen over and over due to her honesty
and integrity. She takes a sincere interest in each client's transaction, personally ensuring that each detail is handled with proficiency and professionalism. In addition, Karen offers creative advice and insight based on years of experience in the Real Estate business, both as a Realtor and owner of the both Residential and Commercial investment properties.
